What is the meaning of the 3 numbers next to the shear reinforcement?

The numbers are 84/140/84 in the image below. They represent the intermediary distance between the stirrups. Near the ends of the column the stirrups must be closer to each other in accordance with EN 1992-1-1 §9.5.3 (3) and (4). 140mm * 0.6 = 84mm.
