Error to read help file: C:\ Program Files (x86)\BuildSoft\12Build\HELP_12BUILD_NL.HLP

When trying the open the Help-file, you get the error:

Opening the ConCrete help-file gives a similar message.

Solution

The solution involves installing a small additional program that can be found on the Microsoft website: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/917607. Unfortunately, there’s no solution for Windows 10 computers at the moment.
