How to cut a section in half

Select the profile
‘Edit’ > ‘Make a library section editable’. All nodes will be numbered now.
Keep in mind that if you want to split a section, you first need to create the cutting points:
1. Select the both lines where the cuttings points need to be.
2. Divide the lines in 2. Two numbers will be shown in the middle of these lines.
3. In case you need the change the position of the cutting points (for example at 2/3 of the lines): by double clicking the lines, you can change the lengths of two pieces.
Zoom in (a lot).
Use the cutting tool (saw) to divide the section. Click once in the first cutting point, hold the mouse down in while you go to the other cutting point. Release the mouse.
Now click the button to show the profile as large as possible on the screen.
You can now drag one half away from the rest.
